Who we are

Unshaken ("the book") is sold by Bassma Minato ("we", "us"). You can reach us at bassma.loc@gmail.com for any privacy question.

What we collect

Your email address and name, provided to our payment processor when you buy, so we can send your receipt and your download link.
Order details (what you bought, the amount, the date) — held by Stripe, our payment processor.
Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, if our hosting provider logs it, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not receive or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

To deliver the book you purchased and provide support.
To send you the receipt and, if you opt in, occasional news about the book.
To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to run this shop — chiefly Stripe (payments) and our web host (delivery). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to marketing. Email us and we will act on your request promptly.

Cookies
