Refund Policy

14 days, no interrogation
If Unshaken isn't for you, email bassma.loc@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
How to request a refund
- Email us from the address you used to buy, or include your Stripe receipt number.
- You do not need to give a reason — though we always welcome one.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
The small print
Refunds are offered in good faith for genuine readers. We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds or redistribution of the file.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
